About me
Specializing in Chemical Engineering in Albania, and driven by a passion for the world of cosmetics, I continued an intensive training for cosmetic chemists in the country where I already live, Australia. This training completed me with the ability and knowledge to understand what ingredients a skin needs to achieve perfection.
How did XhoiTips start?
It all started when I shared with the followers of the site information about skin care with natural ingredients. After gaining confidence in the knowledge and information I provided, they asked me to start bringing in products as well. While personalized routines, have started since I transformed my skin. It was a journey that finally cleared my acne or brown spots, after failed attempts to improve them by aesthetic treatments or the advice of doctors.

From its inception in April 2020 until now, JoeyTips has the exclusivity of Alkira, Boost Lab, Real U and Cancer Council products. Before a product arrives in Albania, it is tested for several weeks. The study is made from the history of the company, the components of the product as well as their origin. If the product does not meet one of these points, it is not approved to come to Albania.

XhoiTips welcomes daily clients not only from Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia but also from every corner of the world Europe (mainly Germany, England, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy and Greece), USA, Canada and Australia. There are over 16000 clients in Albania, over 1300 in Kosovo, 230 in Macedonia and over 300 around the world.

Routines are created not by chance, but by analyzing in detail the characteristics and concerns of the client's skin. In addition to them it is important to also analyze her age and lifestyle. Three products that should never be missing in a basic routine are detergent, moisturizer and SPF, and we should avoid products that have harsh chemicals.
